An arrangement whereby menus are invoiced per passenger, per day, provides you with financial transparency and certainty. This arrangement is available for both low-budget and luxury cruises where fixed-price menus are offered. Give us two months and on the basis of your information (food cost, menu cycle) we present you with a customized contract-catering concept. To do so we evaluate your recipe book, rewriting it on the basis of your specific wishes and activity.

Do you wish regular quality and hygiene checks?
A program of automatic quality and hygiene checks takes care of this critical aspect for you. We concentrate on the peripheral activity, enabling you to focus fully on tending to your guests.

Can you allocate sufficient time to ensure effective Human Resources?
